Benefits of meditation with a little help from Kate Hudson

The benefits of mediation can be endless and refreshingly, Kate’s meditation routine doesn’t take hours to see the benefits.

Kate says ‘Each morning, after I get the kids off to school, I try to do a quick meditation, and sometimes even get in a meditation class – a luxury for me.’ ‘I don’t usually meditate twice a day, every day. I do what I can’, says Kate Hudson in new book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body.

Kate only does 10-15 minutes a day, and if she has the time she will go to a meditation class over the weekend. If the ‘I do what I can’ philosophy resonates with you, find common ground with Kate by trying out a meditation routine similar to hers – it helps you reclaim a few minutes to be conscious and find a place that will feel good.

‘Right before I go to bed, I try to do another short meditation, and this sends me into a peaceful slumber’ – Kate Hudson
